A 20-minute guided meditation focusing on expanding consciousness and regulating the nervous system. The practice is structured as an outward body scan, beginning with internal elements such as thoughts, physical sensations, and emotions, and progressively expanding awareness to encompass the surrounding environment and universal consciousness.
