The video documents the fulfillment of a promise made by Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama to rebuild the home of Hysen Zhupani and his family in Shijak. Previously, the Prime Minister had shared images highlighting the poor living conditions of the family on his social media platforms.

Following the initial announcement, the reconstruction of the residence was completed before the onset of winter, as pledged by the head of government. The footage shows the interior of the newly built home, which features improved living conditions. During a visit, Rama interacted with the family, specifically addressing the children with stipulations regarding their academic performance in exchange for access to the new television.

The Prime Minister also presented Hysen Zhupani with a tie as part of the visit, concluding the delivery of the commitments made to the family residing in Shijak.
