📝 Description
The first episode of the new Kazakh series titled "SHEKER" introduces Aldiyar, a second-year university student in modern-day Almaty. He faces imminent expulsion due to a significant financial shortfall required for reinstatement. Under pressure to secure the required funds quickly and avoid informing his strict father, Aldiyar accepts a job as a courier for a synthetic drug shop.
As Aldiyar begins distributing narcotics, he becomes successful in the illicit activity and becomes drawn into the lifestyle, temporarily forgetting his original goal. His newfound wealth attracts the attention of his desired romantic interest and a corrupt police officer. The episode sets the stage for the unfolding narrative centered on themes of financial desperation and entry into the illegal drug trade.
