The instructor, Maria Konshina, holds a Candidate of Biological Sciences degree and is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Physiology and Sports Medicine. She has ten years of yoga practice experience, eight of which have been as an instructor, specializing in Hatha yoga and Iyengar yoga, among others. She also trains aspiring instructors.
